From a Subdivision at 23 to Leading an Award-Winning Team: Why These Milestones Matter.
When I first stepped into real estate at 24, I was full of energy, a little bit of naivety, and a big desire to make things happen. My first project was buying and subdividing a small block in High Wycombe. I remember the sleepless nights, the phone calls, the “what if this doesn’t work?” moments.
That experience taught me something that has stayed with me ever since:
Real estate isn’t just about property; it’s about people, place, and possibility.
It’s about believing in what something can become.
Fast forward to today, and I’m proud to stand as the Licensee and Director of Centurion Real Estate, a local boutique agency recognised not just by the market, but by the industry itself.
When I bought out my business partners in 2022, it was a defining moment. It meant backing myself fully. It meant shaping the culture I believed in, one built on service, transparency, care and excellence.
In 2024, when we became finalists for three REIWA categories; Property Manager of the Year, Medium Agency of the Year, and the Award for Excellence, I felt something shift. And when we went on to win both the Award for Excellence and Property Manager of the Year, I realised these weren’t just awards.
They were signs that the values I fought to embed, excellence, integrity, and genuine care, were real, visible, and felt by the people we serve.
And now this year, we have been recognised again in ways that feel deeply personal:
