Justine has lived in seven different countries and is passionate about people. Born in the Netherlands, she has left footprints in New Zealand, Qatar, Spain, the UK, Northern Ireland, the USA, Colombia, and finally Australia. Her life abroad shaped her warm, grounded approach and her ability to communicate with people from all walks of life.

Now deeply rooted in the Kalamunda Foothills for more than 15 years, Justine has become part of the local fabric. She captained the Kalamunda United Soccer Club,  kickboxed at Kalamunda Kickboxing ( Raising money for White Ribbon), she has also completed subdivision projects across High Wycombe and Kelmscott, and can often be found hiking the trails of Lesmurdie Falls with her dogs.

Although proudly a hills girl, Justine works with clients right across Perth, from coastal apartments and inner-city living, to family homes and acreage lifestyle properties. She also assists interstate and international investors, helping them confidently build and manage their portfolios remotely with clear communication and trusted systems.

Justine’s passion lies in guiding and educating people through their property journey, ensuring every decision aligns with their life stage, goals, and future direction.
