At Centurion my role as a ‘dedicated leasing consultant’ results in lots of positives aspects for both landlords and tenants.

Getting To Know Landlord and Tenant Needs

Firstly having myself specialising in leasing means the role is taken away from our property managers. Allowing them to focus on property managing and delivering exceptional service to our landlords and tenants.

It also means I’m flexible to organise “after-hour viewings” – 5 pm onwards and private viewings, that suit the tenants’ times. This also allows me to find out as much information about the prospective tenants as possible. To ensure a good fit for the landlord and property.

Spending the time upfront can save everyone a lot of headaches down the line.
