Our director, Justine Valender is hands on when it comes to the leasing of our rental properties and works alongside our two main property managers, Sam Harris and Siobahan Farmer.
Siobahan Farmer – Property Manager
For the past 5 years, Siobahan Farmer has loved the rewards and challenges of property management. With a diverse background in real estate sales, she has an extensive skill set when it comes to handling effective communication and timely handling of maintenance of our Midland rentals.
With an approachable and friendly nature, Siobahan Farmer is always willing to assist both landlords and tenants with the focus to ensure both parties are satisfied with every outcome. Her philosophy combines transparency, good listening skills and empathy with a dedication to professionalism.
Siobahan started her career in real estate administration, and then quickly progressed to assisting the sales and property management teams. She found her passion in property management through working various different real estate roles. Siobahan has the perfect mix of organisation, attention to detail, and passion for the challenging role of a property manager. She thrives on putting in the hard yards to achieve great outcomes for all her clients.
Being a home owner and investor herself, Siobahan understands first hands what owners want from their property managers. She believes in proactively managing properties through being actively involved in all areas of management.
