Current Position – Business Development Manager (BDM)

Due to continued growth, we invite applications for the position as a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our award-winning, boutique real estate agency.

Our modern office is centrally located in the High Wycombe shopping centre and holds a strong market presence across the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone currently working as a BDM, a property manager ready to transition into business development, or a sales representative seeking a new career pathway within property management.


Key Responsibilities (depending on experience):

  • Prospecting and onboarding new managements
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, trades & key stakeholders
  • Conducting rental appraisals and presenting management proposals
  • Working closely with the property management and sales teams to convert leads
  • Managing follow-ups, databases, and client communications
  • Representing the brand professionally in the local market and online

About You:

  • Previous experience in property management, BDM, or real estate sales preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target driven
  • Passion for customer service and helping investors achieve their goals
  • Current Real Estate Registration Certificate (restricted or unrestricted)
  • Current driver’s licence
    Confident on camera for office marketing

Open Ongoing Position – Property Manager / Property Management Assistant

This role is ideal for someone currently working in property management, someone looking to enter the industry with a strong background in custoner service or someone looking to grow their career in the industry with the support of an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities (depending on experience):

  • Assisting with or managing a portfolio of residential properties
    Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Conducting or assisting with routine and final inspections
  • Coordinating maintenance and follow-ups
  • Preparing lease documentation and correspondence
  • Managing enquiries and providing high-quality customer service
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

About You:

  • Experience in property management is preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current property management registration (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Drivers license
    Strong attention to detail

  • Willingness to learn and grow within a sales environment
  • Current real estate registration
  • Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Confident on camera
