You can book a comprehensive property appraisal online through our website, by calling the agent directly, or by contacting the office. Our sales representative will schedule a time that works best for you to view the property. This walkthrough typically takes between 15-35 minutes. During the visit, the agent will take notes, conduct research, ask questions, and discuss any aspects of the property that may affect its pricing.
After the appraisal, we’ll review and discuss the results with you, addressing any questions or clarifying next steps. This can be done via email or in person, depending on your preference. At this stage, we present comparable sales, suggest a listing price, and provide more detailed information on our tailored marketing strategy.
If you wish to list, in this step, we finalise and sign the listing agreement, discuss property preparation, and confirm all necessary documents. This includes required identification, seller disclosures, marketing budget, timeline, and strategic planning.
We develop a customised marketing plan for your home, arrange for professional photography, and set a competitive price to attract potential buyers.
